Service covers USB printers and all-in-ones connected directly to a desktop or notebook PC via USB.

Technician will configure your newly installed printer for sharing on your local area network and verify its availability to others.

SERVICE PROVIDED:

• Configure printer sharing for the newly installed printer
• Additional option required for each additional PC installation

SCHEDULING: Customer will be contacted within 1 business day after purchase to schedule this service.

HOURS: The service will be provided during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm (local customer time) M-F excluding holidays unless an alternate, mutually agreed schedule has been arranged. Some installations may require more than one on-site visit.

CANCELLATION: Customer must cancel/re-schedule any scheduled installation date at least two business days in advance to avoid additional charges
